It seems like new wineries and vineyards are popping up every month in the Fredericksburg, Texas area. There are always lots of challenges in any agricultural endeavor, but the growth shows no sign of slowing down. Other parts of the state may be better suited for growing grapes, but Fredericksburg continues to be the heart of the Texas Hill Country tourism.
