Selling Your Texas Hill Country Ranch – Step 3 – Follow Up!

So in Step 1- You listed your ranch with an agent who puts together a great marketing package! They have listed your property on various sites on the internet, advertised it in print media, and through word of mouth to their client list and to other brokers in the area.

Next, in Step 2, your listing agent made sure that each prospective buyer had a great showing the day they saw your property for sale. During that showing, the client had a marketing package, complete with maps, and a PEN, to write down questions and take notes.

Now for Step 3, FOLLOW UP!

Today’s buyers are often busy professionals who come to the Texas Hill Country from another area. They have a limited amount of time to see Texas ranches for sale, and they get busy when they go back home.

This is where a little follow up can make all the difference! Not only do my seller clients want feedback on the showing, but often a buyer has thought of a few more questions. Maybe they have an objections that can be easily overcome? Prompt follow up can keep a buyer interested, and more likely to make an offer!
