It is more important than ever that your real estate agent/broker understands today’s buyers. These buyers want lots of information and they want it NOW!
An excellent marketing package, complete with quality photos, plats, maps, and a great description of the property and it’s amenities, will make all the difference in getting buyer to make an appointment to see your ranch.
If the answer is so simple, why don’t more real estate agents do the work?
Technology- Most rural real estate brokers are great at one-on-one relationships, but many don’t have the patience to learn new software, plan and design marketing materials, or learn digital photography.
Cost- If a broker doesn’t have to spend money, most won’t. After all, many brokers have been selling land for years, and they see why they should change. It’s easier to get the listing, then hope it will sell, than hire professionals who could create beautiful marketing packages.
As the seller, wouldn’t you want to know your ranch has been marketed as well as possible before your broker or agent advises a price reduction?
