Carriage Hills is an established neighborhood located north of Main Street in Fredericksburg, Texas. Homes began being built as early as the 1970’s, but there are also homes that have been recently built. The lots in this Fredericksburg neighborhood are large spacious lots, many with beautiful, mature trees and many homes will have rear alley access.
Most Carriage Hills homes are one level, ranch style, brick or limestone houses. While some homes are dated to the year of construction, others have been tastefully remodeled with modern amenities.
