Selling Your Texas Hill Country Ranch- Step 2- Showing
Now that your ranch for sale is being seen online, you can expect buyers and their agents or brokers will be setting appointments for showings.
Let’s make sure the buyers get the best showing possible, even if it means the listing agent gives the showing.
What would be worse than a buyer’s agent who doesn’t have the right vehicle or knowledge to give the potential buyer the best showing possible? It happens all the time, and it’s a shame.
During the showing, the buyer should have a complete listing package with him, including maps, and a pen, to write down questions as they arise. They can also make notes about the things they liked best about the ranch, such as a nice homesite or other features.
How about making notes of follow up questions for to remind their buyer’s agent to research? Many of these questions will need to be answered before writing up a contract. Are their leases on the property? Do the hunting blinds and feeders stay or go? Would they owner be willing to sell certain items?
It is critical to keep these buyers organized as you go! Otherwise, at the end of a long day, they are confused about which property had the great pond, and which one had the nice views.
By doing a BETTER job with each showing, I hope to get your Texas Hill Country Ranch SOLD!
